I’m not sure what you’re asking, but I think you want support@Tumblr.com not this Tumblr.

Hi, I would like to ask if it is possible to "queue" posts which I post via email? Basically what I want is to queue up post regardless of how I do it (email, phone, web etc.). And then let the queue feature control that there will be just a single post per day.
That would be really useful as I will post pictures via picasa and I will send them by email from within picasa.

I don’t know if this feature is already available using some code or script, but I didn’t found it. I’d love to have a Related Post Wordpress-style feature, based on tags.

i would like to be able to add an mp3 file and after loading an mp3 file i would like to be able to add an image for that mp3. you know… like on myspace? please make it easier on us.

Correct transformation of Umlauts and other diacritics

German Umlauts and other diacritics are completely ignored on tumblr, although there are pretty simple rules to follow. Every letter in German with two dots above it, like ä, ö or ü is transformed into the letter with an e afterwards, like ae, oe or ue.

Since tumblr takes a multilingual approach to serving its users, this would be a nice thing.

Allow audio to play directly on Facebook

When I post a video and have it auto update to Facebook the video is able to play directly from the Facebook feed without the user having to click over to my Tumblr page. How about allowing audio posts to do the same? I constantly get complaints from my Facebook friends about the way the Tumblr link navigates them away from Facebook. With the demise of Lala, Tumblr could be the only service left that allows one to upload a song and share it on Facebook. But forcing the user away from the Facebook stream is a non-starter.

Abolish the poxy 500x700 picture size limit

Use overflow:scroll to cope with unusually wide or tall posts, instead. (I moved my margins to handle up to 700 pixels wide, but these images won’t show up in dashboard view and would obscure other people’s sidebars if reblogged.)

Upload Album Art with MP3

I think it would be nice to be able to upload the album art of an MP3 seperately because a lot of MP3 files, especially the ones I upload, don’t have the album art embedded in the file. this would be great especially considering the tumblr themes are getting more in depth and many now have the album art included in the post at your url. It depresses me to see blank album art on my blog and it takes way too much effort to add album art to the file yourself.

Reblogging your own content might be nice. Sometimes you could post something that seems relevant...

Reblogging your own content might be nice. Sometimes you could post something that seems relevant to more than one blog (if you have a multi-blog account), and it would be nice if Tumblr would go ahead and let you reblog easily without the use of bookmarklets.

more than one image not as slideshow but as several images one below the other would be awesome, since even on your dashboard you can’t consider the slideshow post since there are even no significant thumbnails. Anyway I don’t like slideshows at all.

"Add to Queue" for everything I post would be incredibly useful. Any chance this will be coming soon?

No idea if it’s coming (this isn’t official support, remember) but I’d love to see it too, especially for mobile posts via email etc.

In the meantime, I have made a set of bookmarks I use for new posts which automatically set the post-type to “queue” and then redirect me to the queue after I hit “post” so I can review the queue:

Well, you get the idea. You have to change the word after “/new/” and before “?post%5Bstate%5D=2&redirect_to=%2Fqueue” to fit whatever kind of post you’re trying to make.

It’s not as good of a solution as “Queue Everything Automatically” would be, but it’s very handy, IMO.

I’d like to be able to edit a published post to enable questions.

I sometimes will rush through a post only to realize after publishing that I forgot to enable questions. Tumblr currently does not allow one to enable questions for a published post.

I often use tumblr for posting quotes from books and also use goodreads for same reasons. It would be nice if tumblr can automatically import own reviews and quotes from goodreads. goodreads supports API accesses.

I like to be able to organize Tumblogs I follow in lists. There are blogs that are purely for reblogging, and their are blogs that are sensible to read regularly. It just frustrates me that the reblogs hide all the original posts that are made.
