Mark certain post features as REQUIRED
When I make a post, I want to set the custom URL.
I also want to edit the twitter message that gets automatically posted.
Other people might always want to include tags, etc.
Unfortunately, all those options are over in the right sidebar and hard to see/remember. I often forget and have to go back later to edit the post and fix my errors.
Add some options for client-side validation. In the options, let me check some boxes for “custom twitter” and “custom url” but not “tags”.
Then, when I’m making a new entry, do some client-side validation and don’t let me post it unless I filled out the fields that are REQUIRED.
